Love2Move is a unique three-step program of assessment and re-education that is designed to guide the participant back to optimal movement patterns by restoring balance and energy flow. With over 40 years of experience, Shauna has developed a comprehensive approach to movement and mobility utilizing systems informed by her background as a Kinesiologist and elite athlete, as well as a high-performance coach to many accomplished athletes.

    Body‑realignment is the process of understanding and retraining your posture and mechanics to create balanced, pain‑free, and efficient movement.
