Who is Shauna?
Shauna Sky is a high‑performance coach, Kinesiologist, movement educator, professional speaker, and former fitness model. With a lifetime of athletic achievement — including a Skeleton World Championship gold medal and a nomination for Coach of the Year at the New Zealand Elite Training & Development Centre — she brings profound expertise, discipline, and passion to every aspect of her work.
In 1998, Shauna founded Love2Move Elite Coaching Systems to help people understand, respect, and optimize their bodies. Her mission is to empower individuals physically, mentally, and emotionally through science‑based education and meaningful movement.
Her background includes a degree in Kinesiology from the University of Calgary, advanced coaching studies at the University of Victoria, and years of teaching elite athletes globally with a focus in New Zealand and Canada. She also played a pioneering role in advancing women’s participation in bobsleigh and skeleton sports. Shauna is the creator of educational programs such as Love 2 Be Lean and Re‑Shape in 8, both rooted in sustainable, science‑informed principles of health, performance, and long‑term wellbeing.
